Don't accuse wildflowers for being weeds because they're wild,
because they're free.

So lately I had a strong urge to meditate, I couldn't do it for very long--I'm not sure why exactly. I made sure that one guy knew I only wanted friendship--to save my guilty conscience, and I'm really to go to massage therapy school and dwell deeper into myself as well as other people.
Hey Alicia! You were kind enough to drop by one of my journals and I figured turnaround is fair play..hehehe. I love your BG, BTW. You are aware that there are an incredible number of methods for meditation and one size does not fit all. I personally find it slightly tedious to simply sit and concentrate on a mantra or breathing when so much more can be accomplished. My favorite is choosing a picture (scenery) that touches me and taking a short mind vacation there. I know it no doubt sounds ridiculous but our mind and spirit have some really incredible power. My suggestion is that "normal" techniques may not be beneficial for you so scout around and don't be shy to experiment. And try to remeber always that we are all on our own time, at our own place in our journey and we can't measure our success against others. I do wish you well in your search. Blessed Be!
